Tonight me and a few of my housemates went to see the new Twilight series...New Moon! Obviously it was just us girls from my house who went to see it. It was still packed in the cinema considering it had been out a a little while already. The whole cinema was mainly filled with teenage girls, well no surprise there really.
This film was certainly not as good as the first one which is normal for films. It's not hard to work out why this film was such an attraction with Jacob (Taylor Lautner) spending most of the film stripped to the waist and with his new muscly body (not that I'm complaining). It also contains slightly weird humour as well but i have to say it did make us laugh but this film doesn't seem to focus on the characters like it did in the first film.
This film seems to have used all the typical conventions to try and grab girls attention but i suppose u can't blame them, girls were certainly keen to see this film especially when Edward (Robert Pattinson) is in it. To be honest I really don't see the obsession with Edward but was quite surprised when he wasn't in much of the film but according to the book this is what happens but its always different when u watch the story than when you read it and the majority of the time the book is better.
However, as much as i may have been criticising the film i actually did really enjoy it and am looking forward to the next one.

X Factor
Although many people dislike the twins as they have hardly any talent it seems that many people were still sad to see them go as you cant deny, they were entertaining but as we all know it is meant to be a singing competition so this week it was definitely their time to go.

Jimmy Choo at H&M...?
The prices are cheaper so overall it's a good thing for everyone as the boots are up to £180 however paying for the real deal a pair of boots could be up to £2000! Well its with a doubt that H&M on saturday will be packed with hundreds well maybe more of keen Jimmy Choo fans.

CARNAGE!!
Carnage is explained as being one of the best nights out for students and there not wrong it was a good night out however, being out in Guildford isn't exactly being out in Brighton or somewhere like Manchester, but all my housemates made the most of it as it was our first proper night out together and made a change from going out to the Student union which is just a usual night out for us. As it was doctor's and nurses fancy dress we all made the effort to customise our carnage tops and wear dressing up accessories probably looking silly but it was fun at the time. Everyone ended up at Harpers in Guildford which was packed but was quite annoying as everyone was wearing the same top so was really hard to find people. Nights like these definitely aren't cheap but are worth it! The next one is Student Traffic where there will be an update later on.
